10 years have gone by since Aleks and I hit the Olympics full force. He is not a little boy anymore!

“Now that the games are up and running, Olson said it’s a matter of letting the TNMH-accredited reporters go about their business, produce content, and see what happens. One surprise so far has been Aleks, a 5-year-old Vancouver boy who’s blogging about his Games experience with the help of his dad. He proudly wears his TNMH badge wherever he goes.”

False Creek
Me and my Dad went downtown for our last day of Olympic stuff. It was raining but we had lots of fun.

I found my Miga backpack that I was looking for my Granny bought it for me!
We walked a lot. First we went to False Creek where there were these really cool Inukshuks that I took pictures of and we could see the Athlete Village.

I had bubble tea it was really good.

At 3 oclock we saw the Mascots again – this time I was at the very front. It was really cool. I got to hug Miga and high 5 Quachi. I saw my cousins and Uncle at the Mascot show.

There were alot of people in downtown I took a video of them and some rap guys. I was sad that the Olympics are almost over. My Dad and me are going to go see Paralympics stuff..

Art Gallery – was really cool. They have a giant skeleton made of chairs. I got in trouble for trying to take a picture of it.

BC Pavillion – A lot of really cool touchscreens like the ones my Dad has at his work. They had a wall painted like in a hip hop video. It was awesome!

I had to empty all my pockets like at the airport to get in. My Dad and I played cool games in one building and I made a snowboard. The lady that made food gave it to me and my Dad because I have a pass. That was really cool. I had Chinese food and it was free. I took a lot of pictures.

Pacific Centre –  I got a pin with an apple on it and a pin with a leaf. I took a picture of a polar bear that looks like it is made from snowballs.

Friday night when it is dark we are going to see the lights..
